What is your processing time for orders?

5-7 days, weekends included.

 

How do you make your art?

My digital illustrations are done by hand, using my Wacom Cintiq to draw in Adobe Photoshop or my Apple Pencil and iPad Pro to draw in Procreate. My sketches are done by hand using archival quality ink on watercolor paper.

 

How do you print your art?

I print all of my art prints here in my home studio using acid free paper and fade resistant ink. I cut my stickers using my Cricut machine.

 

How are prints shipped?

Prints and original drawings are shipped flat in a clear plastic sleeve with rigid backer in a rigid mailer. 

 

How are stickers shipped?

If shipped untracked, sticker orders are sent in a kraft paper envelope, within a clear plastic sleeve and behind cardstock. If shipped standard or expedited, stickers are shipped in a clear plastic sleeve in a rigid mailer. 

 

What carrier do you use for shipping?

I use United States Postal Service (USPS).

 

What types of shipping do you offer?

I offer three types of shipping: untracked, standard, and expedited. See below for more info.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! 

 

Can I cancel an order?

Yes! You can request a cancellation within two days of purchase. You can use the form on this website or you can email me directly at alleannaharris@gmail.com.

 

Can I return, refund or exchange my order?

Yes! You have within 30 days of purchase to request a return, refund or exchange. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
