Jane Bolin Illustration / Black History Art Print
This is a print of my illustration of Jane Bolin. She was the first Black woman to graduate from Yale Law School, join the NYC Bar Association, join the NYC Law Department, and serve as a judge in the US.
This is the perfect small gift for a law enthusiast or the person who just wants a piece of Black history art to put on their wall.
Using photographs as reference, I illustrated this digitally using Adobe Photoshop and my trusty Wacom drawing tablet. I print it here at my home studio and it currently comes in three print sizes: 5 x 7 inch (12.7 x 17.8 cm), 8 x 10 inches (20.3 x 25.4 cm) and 11 x 14 inches (27.9 x 35.6 cm). Every size is on bright white, medium weight paper.

Gave this to my sister, the first Black district judge in 34th district Court in Michigan. Wanted her to have a contact reminder of the strength she comes from. Loved it, thank you.
